LANGTREE Consulting Engineers were commissioned in 2018 by Reid River Land Holdings Pty Ltd to complete concept intersection layouts and details, a traffic impact assessment and a stormwater and drainage letter for submission to Department of Transport and Main Roads. Langtree Consulting continued to then provide construction management services which included tendering, contract administration and compliance inspections in accordance with the DTMR approved Langtree Consulting Construction Drawings.
