LANGTREE Consulting Engineers completed the project management of the CTRC Tennis Courts in September 2017.  Langtree Consulting was involved since the concept phase of this project and was responsible for the preparation of the concept scope of works, design, drawings, an engineering report and an engineer’s estimate for the cost for the construction.  CTRC used this documentation to apply for a grant from the State Government which was subsequently successful and Langtree Consulting continued Project Management including the detailed site survey, geotechnical site investigation, detailed design, preparation of the tender documentation and subsequent contract documentation.   We negotiated with a preferred contractor for this project and provided a recommendation to Council regarding the award of the contract.  Langtree Consulting then undertook the role of Superintendent’s Representative with responsibilities to administer the contract and conduct compliance inspections in accordance with AS2124.  The project was successfully completed on time on budget.
